Over time, relationships can begin to revolve around maintaining harmony, proving worth, or trying to be “enough.”

Real connection doesn’t require perfection.

My work focuses on helping clients understand the attachment patterns shaping their relationships and build something different — a connection where they can be known, respected, and emotionally safe.

How I Work

This is not surface-level therapy.

We slow things down and look at what’s happening beneath the moment—how you learned to relate, how you respond under stress, and how those patterns show up in your relationships today.

Relational Resilience Group

For high-functioning women ready to stop repeating the same patterns.

This small group offers:

  • insight into relationship dynamics

  • support in real-time experiences

  • space to practice boundaries and communication

  • movement from reactivity to grounded response

What to Expect

• 8-week closed cohort.

• 90-minute weekly sessions for 6-8 women (maximum 8)

• Guided attachment education • Structured process work

• Emotional control tools • Boundary building

This is in-depth work in a structured and planned setting.

Investment:

$130 per 90-minute session. Closed cohort. Enrollment is limited. Launching requires at least 4 individuals.
